We take all the existing stops (pre-approved by the school district for safety)  and our AI algorithm searches for redundancies, removing unnecessary stops. 

Our approach uses the school’s “Maximum Walking Distance to Bus Stop” policy and presents options to reduce stops, which directly translates to fewer buses.

Once we optimise the total number of stops, we generate new, more efficient routes that reduce the total number of buses needed

Our algorithm also finds the optimum way to re-use buses for schools that start at different times, filling as many seats as possible and reducing costs.
